Die vierte Kerze brennt! Wow, der Advent ist aber schnell vorbeigezogen und Weihnachten wirft seine Schatten heftig voraus – auch in Form von Geschenkekauf. Die meisten von euch werden das eine oder andere Päckchen schon besorgt haben, aber andere sind froh, wenn am 24.12. noch eine Tankstelle geöffnet hat. Andi Weiss und Stefan Schwabeneder stellen heute ganz provokant die Frage: „Ganz ehrlich: MUSS ich unbedingt was schenken?“ Der Geschenkezwang hat uns manchmal echt im Griff! Wäre „Nichts“ schenken vielleicht besser – oder ist die Freude darüber dann doch größer als das schlechte Gewissen?

Matt Mullenweg’s crusade against WP Engine seems to have hit a roadblock as the case moved from the court of public opinion to the court of…well, the actual court. On Tuesday December 10, WP Engine won a preliminary injunction against Mullenweg and Automattic that seems to be aimed at preserving the status quo from before Mullenweg’s alleged attack, thus giving the case time to work through the court system while limiting the damage to WP Engine.
